Our standard cancellation policy:

Standrard rate up to 72 hours before arrival free of charge

18:00 rack rate until 18:00 on the day of arrival

Non-cancelable (NONREF) rates and deposits for special rates (e.g. longstay) are not refundable after booking is confirmed.

For our corporate clients, the contractually agreed terms and conditions apply.

For reservations as from 10 rooms or more, we are happy to offer our cancellation policy for groups.
