The New Economy Hotel GmbH focuses on an energy-efficient and sustainable hotel industry at interesting B and C locations as well as domestic emerging markets. The core markets of the New Economy Hotel GmbH are Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Locations and Services

The company concentrates on a few selected locations in Germany. The minimum requirements are good traffic connections (motorway connection), cities with more than 15.000 inhabitants with leading industrial and service companies, high leisure value and tourist offers (eg bike and ski, lakes, museums, outlet center) as well as access to public transport.

The aim is to meet the needs of the business and leisure traveler with extraordinary services and a high-quality hotel offer in the economy class and thus to achieve a sustainable added value. Depending on the location, the room capacity is between 50 and 100 rooms. This requires building plots with a size of approx. 4,000 m².

Due to our orientation and philosophy, no serious competitors are located at many B and C locations, but the demand for innovative and sustainable hotel concepts is very high.

The aspects of sustainability, environmental protection, the economy and social responsibility are important in our company policy in order to improve our environmental friendliness on a permanent basis and to strengthen social cohesion. This ensures the future competence and innovative strength of our hotel brand The Bricks.
