Current information opening hours

Our current information office opening hours are Sunday through Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs and from 17:00 to 21:00 hrs. The information desk is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00 hrs.

Check-in / check-out

Please use the self check-in kiosk on the ground floor for check-in and check-out. You can request an invoice when you check out, stating the invoice address. If you need help, our service team can be reached on +49 (0) 179-6146902.

Breakfast

You currently get your breakfast as “breakfast to go” in self-service.

Bistro

From Sunday to Thursday from 17:30 hrs to 20:30 hrs, our house guests receive food and drinks in our bistro in self-service. Our bistro is closed on Friday and Saturday.

Drinks and Snacks

Drinks and snacks are available around the clock in the refrigerator or the vending machine.
